As part of our corporate philosophy of “Our Commitments to Society,” we have established the Compliance Consultation Office for Business Partners to promote “creating value for business partners.” Through early detection and correction of illegal acts, and by protecting those who provide information to this office (hereinafter referred to as “Whistleblowers”), we strive to strengthen our compliance framework.
Please contact this office if you become aware of any conduct within our operations or supply chain that is illegal, fraudulent, violates human rights, breaches business ethics, or is suspected to be of such nature.
In addition, based on the Act on Appropriate Transactions Involving Specified Commissioned Businesses (Freelance Law), effective November 2024, our company is obligated to establish systems to prevent harassment against freelancers. Accordingly, we have implemented consultation mechanisms and procedures to ensure prompt and appropriate responses to prevent acts such as sexual harassment, power harassment, or harassment related to pregnancy and childbirth in transactions based on outsourcing agreements.
Our company will take appropriate measures to protect Whistleblowers from any adverse consequences, including retaliation and discrimination, and will strictly maintain the confidentiality of information provided.
Please do not submit false information, information that slanders specific individuals, or any other information intended for fraudulent purposes.

This office is intended to maintain sound business relationships and primarily addresses compliance-related issues. - Information submitted through this office will be reviewed during our business hours (10:00–17:00, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and New Year holidays).
- If there is an error in the email address you registered or if there is an access failure, such as exceeding the capacity of the sender’s email server, our reply may not reach you even if you contact us using this form.
Additionally, if you provide your address, phone number, or other contact details, we may respond in writing or by phone depending on the nature of your report, even if email communication is possible. - To enable sufficient investigation and provide appropriate feedback, you are generally required to disclose your name and contact information. Anonymous reports are also accepted; however, please note that in such cases, investigations, whistleblower protection, and feedback may be limited.
- Our responses are intended solely for the individual who submitted the report. Please refrain from reproducing or sharing any part of our response in third-party media or using it for secondary purposes.
