FIGO CO., LTD. became part of the UNITED ARROWS Group in November 2005. FIGO has exclusive distribution rights in Japan for the Italian bag and leather accessories brands centered on Felisi and ASPESI fashion brand from Milan. In addition to the sale of products through directly operated stores as well as online, items are marketed on a wholesale basis through such channels as select shops and department stores. Moreover, FIGO operates the select shop La Gazzetta 1987, which offers an assortment of overseas brand high-quality products. FIGO also handles a variety of products that includes HANCOCK brand outerwear, Pierre-Louis Mascia scarves and related items, and DEVORE brand men’s pants.

Established in May 2008, COEN CO., LTD., operates the COEN brand of men’s and women’s casual clothing targeting the new basic trend-conscious market, which consists of customers who generally look for affordable prices but who also have a strong interest in fashion. COEN offers reasonably priced contemporary casual clothing based on the theme of easy chic.

As its product strategy, COEN aims to build a product supply structure that boasts competitive advantages in terms of both quality and price as well as a multi-store chain operation while realizing high productivity and profitability by using its unique American casual-based product development capabilities and availing itself of the production capabilities of business partners.

UNITED ARROWS TAIWAN LTD. was established in August 2013 as a first step toward developing business opportunities in Taiwan. UNITED ARROWS TAIWAN LTD. operates the UNITED ARROWS TAIPEI and BEAUTY&YOUTH UNITED ARROWS TAIPEI stores, UNITED ARROWS LTD. OUTLET LINKOU (TAIWAN), and its own e-commerce sites.

designs & Co.

Designs & Co. was established in September 2015 with the purpose of proposing new value to customers not satisfied with products currently on the market through its uncompromising pursuit of quality. Misako Yoshitake, who has served as both director and designer since the launch of the DRAWER business, assumed the concurrent posts of Creative Director and Chief Designers. The new brand BLAMINK has been established starting in the 2016 fall/winter season, and the directly managed BLAMINK TOKYO opened in October 2016 in Minami Aoyama.

CHROME HEARTS is a lifestyle brand established in 1988 by designer Richard Stark. In its leatherwear, silver accessories, jewelry, furniture, personal, and other items created based on the excellent craftsmanship of the designer and infused with the spirit of breaking free from tradition, CHROME HEARTS provides the essence of a world of luxury and continues to win acclaim for its all-encompassing designs and the perfection of its products.

The Company commenced operating the CHROME HEARTS business in 1999 and has been operating CHROME HEARTS outlets in Japan under a licensing agreement since 2006. Following the expiry of the agreement term in October 2016, the Company will transfer its rights and obligations pertaining to CHROME HEARTS to the CHROME HEARTS JP, GK, a new company established by the Company, and shall transfer its equity interest to the CHROME HEARTS-related corporations over an eight-year period between December 2016 and December 2024. Through this licensing agreement, the Company will continue its association with the CHROME HEARTS brand through its consolidated subsidiary until 2020 and equity method affiliate until 2024.
